Delete your account
You can delete your Chameleon AI account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app (the fastest way)
- Open Chameleon AI and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode, then slide to delete.
- Choose whether incidents saved on this device are erased too.
Want a copy first? Use Settings → Privacy & security → Download my data.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to us from the email address of your account. We’ll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

- Your account (sign-in, name, email, profile picture)
- Every incident you sent for analysis, with its reports, answers, plans, progress and documents
- Your encrypted evidence in storage, and any copy held for an AI analysis
- Your recovery passphrase backup and your notification tokens
- Your preferences and server chain-of-custody records
What may be kept
- Incidents saved on your device, if you choose to keep them there. You can delete them from the app, or by uninstalling it.
- Anonymous usage events and error reports with no link to your account, for a limited time.
- Information we must keep by law, if any, for the time the law requires.
